Nor-Cal Training and Consulting is a Company formed in 2010 for the sole purpose of training officers throughout the United States of America in the tactics needed to combat smuggling operations.

NCTC is comprised of individual Officers, Investigators and Prosecutors who are active or retired law enforcement professionals currently operating in the United States of America, who have expertise in various law enforcement fields.  The combined experience, training and expertise of the staff is second to none, allowing NCTC to deliver the most up to date information relating to investigations involving smuggling operations.

From basic narcotics investigations to advanced concealment detection techniques, NCTC is able to provide training and consulting to any agency or governmental entity, which is tasked with investigation of weapons, narcotics, currency, counterfeit goods throughout their respective jurisdictions, regardless of location.
